Three Sixty is thrilled to announce the first phase completion of houses at Melford Road in Hazel Grove. After a series of Covid-related delays and the former contractor going into administration, Three Sixty were able to step in and take over the properties, completing the ongoing works at Viaduct Housing Partnership’s Stockport development.
Works will continue at Melford Road over the upcoming months, as subsequent phases are still ongoing. But the completion of the first phase demonstrates yet again that at SHG, we are one team, working together to transform lives.
‘We are proud to have been able to support Viaduct in getting these homes ready for our customers. Many of the new residents are first-time home buyers. Watching them cross the threshold into their own home on handover day was a great reminder of the importance of our dedication in helping residents across the Borough to get onto the property ladder through affordable housing options.
