Three Sixty has retained its top ranking as one of the best construction companies to work for in the 2023 Best Companies survey, being ranked 10th. This accolade comes on the heels of Three Sixty’s recent win as the Most Innovative Contractor at the 2023 Building Innovation Awards.
Three Sixty is listed in three categories at Best Companies and has ranked:
- 10th Best Construction and Engineering Company to Work For in the UK
- 105th Best Company to Work For in the North West and
- 140th Best Mid-Sized Company to Work For in the UK

All staff at Three Sixty were invited to take part in the anonymous online survey which touched on the organisation’s leadership, social principles, and staff wellbeing amongst other aspects of life at Three Sixty.
Three Sixty's sister company Stockport Homes has been named again in multiple Best Companies lists as a three-star organisation. Stockport Homes is celebrating its 15th consecutive year as a part of Best Companies.
