Three Sixty have a track record of challenging the status quo and traditional ways of doing things. ‘That’s how it’s always been done’ isn’t in our vocabulary and it is this spirit of innovation that has seen the company shortlisted for the Most Innovative Contractor Award at the 2023 Building Innovation Awards.
The Building Innovation Awards recognise and celebrate the pioneering individuals, organisations and partnerships that are embracing emerging technologies and digital transformation in order to take UK construction to the next level.
We have continued to look to innovate and expand our delivery models to customers, absorbing workstreams that were previously provided by external contractors. By being able to provide as many services as possible for our customers, we provide opportunities to employ local people and to re-invest in our communities.
As part of our application, we provided details of how we actively challenge the traditional way of working within the industry and how we have taken the lead in building strong relationships and fostering engagement. We have also applied research and development on-site to make construction quicker safer and more efficient.
